Ingredients

Juice Ingredients

Stage 1

  • Fresh Blood Orange Juice - 2 cups
  • Orange Zest - 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
  • Sugar - 2/3 cup

Stage 2

  • Milk - 1/2 cup

Whipped Cream Ingredients

  • Cream - 1/2 cup
  • Sugar - 1/3 cup

Instructions

  • Whisk together stage 1 juice ingredients
    • Fresh Blood Orange Juice - 2 cups
    • Orange Zest - 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
    • Sugar - 2/3 cup
  • Mix the milk into the juice
  • Whip together the whipped cream ingredients until soft peaks form
    • Cream - 1/2 cup
    • Sugar - 1/3 cup
  • Fold the whipped cream into the juice
  • Chill
  • Churn
  • Freeze
